La tecnologia della fibra di tessuto non tessuto comprende materiali di origine vegetale e sintetica, i quali sono ottenuti mediante processo di termosaldatura e accopiamento con sostanze leganti.

I più comuni materiali includono sostanze biodegradabili, nylon, poliestere, polietilene, polipropilene, e poliamidi dai quali sono ricavati intrecci e mescole particolari mediante processi brevettati.
I vari tessuti di origine vegetale (con base di viscosa) sono normalmente usati per applicazioni quali la filtrazione e barriere di assorbimento per liquidi e vapori, e mediante apposita selezione possono soddisfare le piu’ svariate applicazioni.

I vari tessuti di origine sintetica (poliestereVM, polipropileneTB, e paramoll) possono, oltre a fornire caratteristiche simili alle precedenti, ottenere alte prestazioni di resistenza meccanica e conseguentemente trovare utilizzi specifici in quei settori dove l’uso di materiali chimici aggressivi e maggiori sollecitazioni possano richiedere l’impiego di materiali piu’ resistenti.

La moderna tecnologia del tessuto non tessuto risponde a esigenze precise della filtrazione e separazione di materiali di lavorazione fornendo soluzioni a basso costo in molteplici settori industriali: metallurgico, chimico, impiantistico, alimentare, medico, etc. etc.


  • Nonwoven igortex viscose ol fiber

    Nonwoven fiber of the OL type is mainly used for gravity filtration of lubricating coolant, water, oil and fluids in general.
    The base material for the Igortex OL fiber is Viscose, from which, combined with a bonding (glue) agent, produces a filtering material of various carachteristics in relation to the specific basic weight (weight/m²):
    The nonwoven Igortex Ol type is normally available in stock with rolls of 100 meters in various heights: 500 - 530 - 700 - 730 - 1000 - 1030 - 1400 - 1430 millimeters (other size available on special order).

  • Nonwoven igortex polyester vm fiber

    Nonwoven fiber of the Polyester VM type is mainly used for gravity filtration, under pression and depression, of lubricating coolant, water, oil and fluids in general (even aggressive).
    The base material for the Igortex VM fiber is polyester, from which, by a thermal bonding process, is extruded a filtering material of various carachteristics in relation to the specific basic weight (weight/m²).
    The nonwoven Igortex VM type is normally available in stock with rolls of 100 meters in various heights: 500 - 530 - 700 - 730 - 1000 - 1030 - 1400 - 1430 millimeters (other size available on special order).

  • Nonwoven igortex polypropylene tb fiber

    Nonwoven fiber of the Polypropylene TB type is mainly used for gravity filtration, under pression and depression, of lubricating coolant, water, and fluids in general (even aggressive).
    The base material for the TB fiber is polypropylene, which structural polymer produce a filtering material of various carachteristics in relation to the specific basic weight (weight/m²).
    The nonwoven Igortex TB type is normally available in stock with rolls of 100 meters in various heights: 500 - 530 - 700 - 730 - 1000 - 1030 - 1400 - 1430 millimeters (other size available on special order).

  • Nonwoven paramoll fiber

    Nonwoven fiber of the Paramoll type is mainly used for gravity filtration of lubricating coolant, water and fluids in general. The composition of its fibers makes it particularly suitable for the filtration of hard metal residue.
    The base material for the Paramoll fiber is polyester, which structural polymer produce a filtering material of exceptional carachteristics; the material is currently supplied in two basic weights (N260/100 e N334/150).
    The Paramoll fiber is normally available in stock with rolls of 25 or 50 meters in various heights: 500 - 530 - 700 - 730 - 1000 - 1030 - 1400 - 1430 millimeters (other size available on special order).
