La Nuova Latus S.R.L progetta e costruisce diversi tipi di disoleatori con apparati di funzionamento disco e a nastro, le cui versioni possono essere facilmente montate su sistemi di recupero di liquidi da svariati tipi di lavorazione e processi industriali.

Dalla base degli efficenti disoleatori LURO della Nuova Latus, è possibile inoltre creare particolari soluzioni di montaggio e separazione liquidi appositamente studiate per le esigenze dei clienti.


Il posizionamento delle apparecchiature puo’ essere a bordo vasca, a centro vasca, o in accoppiamento con sistemi di montaggio modulari per l’utilizzo in presenza di vasche chiuse, interrate o in altro modo difficilmente accessibili.


  • Oil skimmer
    Luro 400

    URO 400 oil skimmer is lucrative investment in consideration of the saving on the cost of coolant fluid and the low maintenance of the unit itself; the performance of the unit will repay the purchasing cost in a very short time LURO 400 oil skimmer is low cost alternative to more expensive solution such as centrifugal or similar devices. LURO 400 oil skimmer is designed to eliminate the polluting oil collected by the emulsion during the machining, or similar, operation. With this practical and economical device is possible to increase the performance, and the overall usable life, of the emulsion which would be otherwise degraded by the premature pollution of the estraneous oil collected during the variuos processes. The device, properly mounted on the edge of the collecting tank, will attract the superficial oil which sticks to the slowly rotating disc and it's later scraped by the opposed teflon blades and appropriately discarded. LURO 400 oil skimmer also has a convenient timer for an automatic cleaning cycle at predefined intervals in response to specific needs; maximum cleaning performance will be achived during those intervals, when the machine tool are inoperative, in which the estraneous oil has the possibility to emerge completely. Upon request the mounted disc can be supplied with Ø 300 mm or 500 mm.

    Identical in carachteristics to the LURO 400 series, the CV version is suitable in presence of capped or closed tanks, in which case the disc can protrude thru an appropriare opening and be able to skim the superficial oil with the resulting outlet in line with the disc plane. Upon request the mounted disc can be supplied with Ø 300 mm or 500 mm.

    Luro Nastro

    The belt version od the LURO oil skimmer, LURO NASTRO, is mainly utilized in reduced or small spaces or in case the level of the treated fluid (emulsion) is such depth that the conventional disc skimmer is not able to reach the oily surface.

    the unit is supplied with a standard suction belt 0f 600mm scraped from both sides and, upon request, with custom belts of various lenghts.

    The extreme versatility makes the LURO NASTRO also a valid choice even in more conventional applications on the edge of collecting tanks, or various modifications and custom settings.

    Luro Nastro MiniBelt

    The belt version of the LURO oil skimmer is also built in a very compact size with a belt of only 3.0cm.

    With carachteristics similar to the larger belt version LURO NASTRO, the MiniBelt oil skimmer is suitable for specific applications in presence of reduced or very small spaces.

    The extreme versatility makes the LURO MiniBelt also a valid choice even in more conventional applications on the edge of collecting tanks, or various modifications and custom settings.
