PRINCIPIO DI FUNZIONAMENTO

Il refrigerante, contenente impurità ferrose e non ferrose proveniente dalla macchina utensile, viene convogliato al depuratore dove un apposito trogolo provvede a distribuirlo sulla superficie filtrante per essere depurato dall’inquinante contenuto. Quando, nella sacca di filtraggio, per troppe impurità depositatesi, il livello del liquido aumenta, un dispositivo galleggiante invia un impulso elettrico al motoriduttore che faavanzare il tappeto con il tessuto intasato sostituendolo con tessuto nuovo per favorire un nuovo ciclo di depurazione. Il refrigerante, così depurato e raccolto in vasca, viene rinviato tramite un’elettropompa alla macchina operatrice.




  • Electromechanical nonwoven strainer

    Nuova latus' nonwoven strainers are single action devices which utilize nonwoven fiber as straining media, and are, due to the broad range of base weight available, particularly suitable for the filtration of industrial coolant fluids.

  • Non woven strainer with magnetic separator

    Nuova Latus' Strainers can achieve a double filtrating action due to the combination of a conventional nonwoven strainer coupled with a magnetic separator. The combined action of the two devices, in addition of the improved level of filtration, reduces by a sensible amount the consumption of the filtering media.

  • Pneumatic nonwoven strainer

    The new air driven strainer was entirely designed and built at Nuova Latus based on modern concepts of reduced overall dimensions, ease of maintenance, and simplified operating principle.
    As it's possible to note at first glance, the main features are enclosed in a compact unit; the machine can, infact, efficiently run with a reliable pneumatic system, carefully placed on the side compartment, without any gear reduction component, any electrical box, related panels, and bundles of wires.

  • Filter strainer

    The FILTERBAG strainer is a simple design of a trolley mounted steel frame with a durable powder coating finish. The unit is divided in two sections:
    Upper - with two bags of nonwoven filtering material, functioning one at the time, where take place the filtration of the liquid.

    Lower - the collecting tub, for recirculation of the fluid, having a capacity of approx. 180 liters.

    The FILTERBAG strainer can also be supplied with two pumps, one for suction and one for output, to be used a mobil filtration "station" for multiple machines, or with one pump arrangement for connection to a single machine for a continuos filtration of a capacity of 50 Lt/min.

    The FILTERBAG can be a valid alternative to the conventional gravity filtration strainers, with the advantage of no moving parts, thus reducing maintenance and keeping the overall dimension to a minimum.

    the FILTERBAG is able to filter any type of liquid: emulsion, cutting oil and lubricants, using the correct kind of wonwoven filtering fiber for each applications.
  • Magnetic strainers/separators

    Nuova Latus' strainers/separators are autonomuos devices which use the principle of a magnetic field, generated from a series of rotating magnetic discs.
    The fluid is properly directed thru a forced path, designed to take it, for a predetermined time, in contact with the magnetic discs.
    Due to the polarization of the discs, all ferrous impurities contained in the coolant fluid are then separated and later collected by a stainless steel blade which scrape the discs clean and deflect the resulting sludge into a collecting receptacle.
